You have questions? We have answers! Find below the most frequently asked questions about our products, orders, shipping and returns.

🛒 Orders

To place an order:

  1. Browse our catalog and add your products to the cart
  2. Click on the cart to check your selection
  3. Validate your order by following the steps
  4. Log in or create an account
  5. Choose your delivery and payment method
  6. Confirm your order

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is validated.

You can modify or cancel your order within the hour following its validation, as long as it has not yet been prepared. Contact our customer service quickly at service@ibraqperfums.fr.

After this period, the order is being prepared and can no longer be modified. You will then have to wait to receive it to make a return or exchange.

As soon as your order is validated, you receive a confirmation email. You can also check the status of your orders in your customer account, under "My orders".

First check your spam or junk mail. If the email is not there, log in to your customer account to check the status of your order. If the problem persists, contact our customer service.

💳 Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (upon request)

Absolutely! All payments are 100% secure thanks to the SSL protocol and our PCI-DSS certified payment providers. Your bank details are never stored on our servers.

Your account is charged at the time of order confirmation. You will see "Ibraq Parfums" on your bank statement.

Currently, we do not offer installment payments. This option may be available soon.

🚚 Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen delivery method:

  • Pickup point (Metropolitan France) : 3-5 business days
  • Standard home delivery : 2-4 business days
  • Express 24h : delivery next day before 1pm (for any order placed before 2pm)
  • International : 5-10 business days depending on destination

As soon as your package is shipped, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your customer account, under "My orders".

Shipping is free in metropolitan France for any order over €100. Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated according to weight and destination.

A notice of passage is left in your mailbox. You have 15 days to pick up your package at the post office or arrange a new delivery date with the carrier.

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product and request a refund or exchange.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact, unopened and in perfect resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, products whose protective film has been removed cannot be taken back.

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Select the relevant order
  3. Generate your return form
  4. Carefully pack the product
  5. Affix the return label and drop off the package at a drop-off point

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the package at our warehouse. The refund is made via the same payment method used for the order.

🧴 products

No, none of our products are tested on animals. We are committed to ethical and responsible beauty. Our products are certified cruelty-free.

Some of our traditional perfumes may contain ingredients such as musk or ambergris. We favor high-quality synthetic alternatives as much as possible for our modern ranges. Ingredients are clearly indicated on each product sheet.

Each product sheet details the top, heart and base notes of the perfume. Feel free to consult customer reviews to guide you. You can also order samples to test before buying the bottle.

To preserve your perfume, keep it away from light, heat and humidity. Ideally, keep it in its original box, in a cool, dry place (not in the bathroom).

👤 My Account

Click on the "Login" icon at the top right, then on "Create an account". Fill in the form with your information and validate. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

On the login page, click on "Forgot password". Enter your email address, you will receive a link to reset your password.

Log in to your customer account and go to the "My information" section. You can modify your contact details, password and preferences there.

You can request the deletion of your account by contacting our customer service at service@ibraqperfums.fr.

Loyalty Program

Every euro spent earns you loyalty points. Accumulate points and turn them into discounts on your future purchases. The program is free and automatic for all registered customers.

You earn 1 point for every euro spent. 100 points = €5 discount. Bonus points are regularly offered during special operations.

Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. An email will be sent to you to notify you before expiration.
