Processing times
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Order tracking
A tracking number is provided by email when your package is shipped. You can track your order at any time from your customer account or via the link provided in the email.
Delivery zones
We deliver worldwide. Delivery times and rates for international shipments vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Important : If you are absent during delivery, a notice of passage will be left in your mailbox. You have 15 days to pick up your package at the post office or arrange a new delivery date.

Withdrawal period
In accordance with French law, you have a period of <strong>14 days</strong> from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
Return conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and unopened
- The perfume must not have been used (protective film or seal must be intact)
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned
- Sale or promotional items may be subject to special conditions

Return shipping fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or our error. In this case, we will fully reimburse the return costs upon presentation of the invoice.
Refund time
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the package at our warehouse. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the order.

Standard exchange
Would you like to exchange a perfume for another fragrance? Our exchange policy allows you to change your choice within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange procedure
- Make a return according to the procedure described above
- Clearly indicate in your request that you wish to exchange
- Specify the desired replacement product
- Once the return is processed, we will ship your new product
Price difference
- If the new product is cheaper : the difference will be refunded to you
- If the new product is more expensive : the additional amount will be requested before shipping
Good to know : For a faster exchange, you can also place a new order for the desired product and return the first item. You will be refunded for the first purchase upon receipt of the return.
Defective products or order error
In the exceptional case where you have received a defective, damaged product or an order error:
- Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt
- Attach photos of the product and packaging
- We will cover the return costs and proceed with the exchange or refund as quickly as possible
