Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy or by using the "Exchanges, Returns and Delivery" link in the menu.

The customer agrees to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. In case of package return to sender due to incorrect address or non-claim, re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal and returns

7.1 Withdrawal period

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.

7.2 Conditions

The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact, unopened and in perfect resalable condition. Sealed products cannot be returned if the protective film has been removed (hygiene reasons).

7.3 Procedure

The customer must contact customer service to obtain a return number. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in certain cases.

7.4 Refund

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned package, using the same payment method as that used for the order.

Article 8 - Warranties

8.1 Legal conformity warranty

All our products benefit from the legal conformity warranty provided for in articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, allowing the customer to return defective or non-compliant products.

8.2 Warranty against hidden defects

In accordance with articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, Ibraq Parfums is required to guarantee against hidden defects rendering the product unfit for its intended use.

8.3 Exclusions

Warranties do not apply in case of abnormal use of the product, accidental deterioration or failure to follow usage instructions.

Article 10 - Personal data

The information collected during ordering is necessary for order management and the commercial relationship. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

Article 11 - Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Ibraq Parfums or its partners. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 12 - Disputes and applicable law

12.1 Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.

12.2 Mediation

In case of dispute, the customer may resort to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method. The consumer mediator can be contacted at the following address: www.mediateurfevad.fr.

12.3 Competent jurisdiction

Failing amicable agreement, the competent French courts will be seized.
